Abstract

Based on some more specimens recovered from the Deccan Intertrappean chert of Mohgaonkalan. The fossil inflourescence. Monocotylostrobus bracteatus Prakash & Bande 1982 has been restudied. Many new characters have been observed and added to its diagnosis given earlier. On the basis of new observations, a reconstruction of the inflorescence has been attempted and the affinities reassessed.
