The present paper deals with the occurrence of “acritarchs", Leiosphaeridia, Protoleiosphaeridiun, Retispheridium, Tasmanites and an algal remain Gloeocapsemorpha from the Kaimur Series (Vindhyans) of Ramapura, Madhya Pradesh. With this some remark on the age of Vindhyans is put forth.
