Abstract

Fermoria and other allied remains described earlier have been restudied critically. The observations suggest that all the Indian forms, viz., Fermoria, Krishnania acuminate, Tawuia and Vindhyania are morphologically alike and similar to the genus Chuaria Walcott, but they are distinct at a specific level.
